The room rent for the hotel rate is $105 plus 12.5% room tax. This is 
an exceptional rate for The Biltmore, which is one of the nicest in Miami 
(site of the "Summit of the Americas," attended by the Heads of States from 
North, Central and South American countries).

The Biltmore hotel offers 42,000 square feet of meeting space to support 
275 guest rooms and suites, two additional ballrooms and 14 private meeting 
rooms, plus outdoor terraces and courtyards for receptions. The hotel has
various types of activities such as Golf, Tennis, Health Club and
Pool.  The location at the heart of Coral Gables, it is near to
attractive places such as Ancient Spanish Monastery, Billie Swamp
Safari, Fairchild Tropical Garden, Gator Park, Ichimura Miami-Japan
Garden, Miami Metro zoo, Miami Seaquarium, Monkey Jungle, Parrot
Jungle \& Gardens, Venetian Pool, Vizcaya Museum \& Gardens, and Miami
Jai-Alai. These attractions have their own history.  On the other
hand, the hotel is less than 15 minutes away from the Miami
International Airport and provide easy access to beautiful beaches,
excellent shopping, South Beach's Art Deco, downtown's Bay Side, and
the sidewalks cafes and boutiques of Coconut Grove.  Downtown Miami is
within a ten-minute ride on Metrorail, a transit system only minutes

      Symposium registration fee includes symposium attendance, refreshments
