The conference hotel for CVPR '97 is the El San Juan.
Even though CVPR had a substantial room block a this
hotel, our room block is now SOLD OUT on several nights
of the conference.
 
The Computer Society has just concluded arrangements
with the Sands Hotel for a room block for CVPR '97.
The Sand is a comparable quality hotel, and is next
door to the El San Juan.  (A very easy walk.)  The
Sands hotel is honoring the same conference rate as
we had at the El San Juan -- $120 per night plus tax.
Mention that you are attending the IEEE CVPR meeting.
If you have already booked at the Sands hotel, ask
for your reservation to be switched to the conference
rate.
