Full conference registration includes all conference sessions/conference
proceedings, reception, refreshment breaks, banquet and entertainment.
Student registration includes all conference sessions, conference packet,
conference proceedings, reception and refreshment breaks. Student
registration does not include banquet. Registrations received after 5/29/98
will be processed with a late fee. Written requests for refunds must be
received by 6/15/98. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
All no-shows will be billed in full.
Banquet:
The banquet on Wednesday evening is included in the Member and Nonmember
registration fees. Tickets are available for students and guests for $50 and
should be purchased at the time you register to ensure adequate seating.
