Please apply for the Indian Visa as soon as possible. Visa application
processing does take some time and therefore, it is better to initiate
this process as quickly as possible.
 
It is likely that the Indian Consulate or Embassy nearest to you may
ask for an invitation letter and / or a paper acceptance letter (this
is, if you have paper presentation at ICCV98). 
 
We have these letters ready and can fax and snail mail them to you
immediately. For this we will need your fax number and postal
address. Could you please email your request  for an invitation and /
or an acceptance letter to
