FSPIPA'99 is supported by International Association for Pattern Recognition, Hungarian Acedemy of Sciences, Hungarian Association for Image Analysis and Pattern Recognition, and European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics (approval pending) Submission Authors wishing to present a paper at the workshop should mail four copies of their draft paper to one of the co-organisers. The length of a contribution should be 4 to 6 pages. The first page should contain title, author's name, affiliation and address, telephone, fax and e-mail, abstract of max. 100 words, and up to three keywords.
