ABOUT IEEE ICIP:
The International Conference on Image Processing, sponsored by the
IEEE Signal Processing Society, is the premier forum for the
presentation of technological advances and research results in the
fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied image and video
processing. Fields ranging from traditional image processing
applications to evolving multimedia and video technologies are
regularly advanced by results first reported in ICIP's technical
sessions.

IEEE ICIP-2000 PROGRAM:
ICIP-2000 will be held September 10-13, 2000 in the "beautiful"
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ICIP-2000 program encompasses
technical presentations, exhibits, tutorials, panels, and social activities.
The technical program will incorporate papers on all aspects of image and
video processing. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
1. Image/Video Coding and Transmission
2. Image/Video Processing
3. Image Formation
4. Image Scanning, Display, and Printing
5. Image/Video Storage, Retrieval, and Multimedia
