ICSPAT 2000 Abstract Submission Procedures

In order to have your paper considered for inclusion in the 2000
Technical Program, however, your submission must provide all the in-
formation requested below. Incomplete submissions will not be con-
sidered. Participation in the program is conditional upon adhering
to the deadlines and procedures outlined in this notice.

Please read the following before submitting:

Authors are limited to affiliation with no more than two accepted
papers, whether as primary or contributing author. All abstracts
submitted by the March 1st deadline will be considered by the 2000
Technical Review Committee (please see the bottom of this message
for a list of committee members). Authors (primary and contribut-
ing) who have a paper selected will be notified electronically upon
conclusion of the review process. Notification will be followed by
mailing of a complete author's kit to the primary author.

Submission of an abstract implies a commitment to present the paper
at the conference in Dallas. Once an abstract has been accepted,
the corresponding author (or the contributing author he or she de-
signates) is also required to provide a five-page white paper by the
date specified in the author's kit for inclusion in The Proceedings
of ICSPAT 2000. Authors who fail to adhere to the above guidelines
will not be invited to return to the ICSPAT faculty.
