The scientific program of the workshop consists of lectures presented by invited speakers and contributed papers. The aim of the workshop is to foster interaction of researchers and exchange of new ideas. Four copies of the paper should be mailed to the workshop chair. All papers will be peer-reviewed. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register. Accepted papers will be published in ITI conference proceedings, which will be distributed during the meeting.
