This workshop is the tenth in a series of biannual meetings sponsored
by the IEEE Signal Processing Society. Following the successful
scheme of previous meetings, the workshop will feature keynote
addresses by leading researchers in the area, and poster sessions
consisting of both invited as well as contributed papers.

In addition to the traditional topics addressed at past SSAP
Workshops, including Sensor Array Signal Processing, Parametric
Spectral Estimation, and Time-Frequency Analysis, and most recently,
Signal Processing for Communications, this workshop will also include
new topics such as Space-Time Modulation and Signal Processing for
GPS.

The Workshop site is located in the breath-takingly Pocono Mountains
in the northeastern corner of Pennsylvania, USA. The Poconos
in the northeastern corner of Pennsylvania, USA. The Poconos
encompass 2,400 square miles of wooded peaks and valleys with
