                   FIRST CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

The 2001 International Workshop on DIGITAL AND COMPUTATIONAL VIDEO is
planned for February 8-9, 2001, and will be held in conjunction with
the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Advanced
Technology Program presentations and the "Bidder's Conference".

Ten contries are expected to participate and the highlights include 
keynote speeches by world leaders in the field. The two-day program
and the registration information can be found at the workshop web

either or both days.)

We hope to see you in sunny Florida on Feb. 8-9.
