                Eurographics 2002

      Call for Short Paper/Poster Presentations


Eurographics is the annual conference of the European Association for
Computer Graphics. It is the major European conference dedicated to
research and development in computer graphics and related disciplines.
Eurographics 2002 will be held in Saarbrücken (Germany) from September
2 until September 6, 2002, and is hosted by the Max-Planck-Institut
für Informatik and the Universität des Saarlands.

Authors are invited to submit proposals for a short paper/poster
presentation of late results, work in progress, and new
ideas. Proposals should be 5 to 10 pages in length. Proposals
accepted as short paper/poster presentations will be printed in a
separate volume available to all conference participants and will be
included on the conference CD-ROM.

    Short Paper/Poster Presentation proposal due:  April 10, 2002.
    Notification:                                  May 14, 2002.


Authors are requested to include a declaration that their short
paper/poster presentation has not been submitted to any other
conference or journal and that they are prepared to present their
poster at the conference. The short paper/poster must be written and
presented in English. Detailed information on the format of the poster
will be provided to the authors after acceptance. The posters will be
presented in a special session during the conference.

All short paper/poster presentation submission must be electronic via
the EG2002 web site http://www.eg.org/eg2002. Here, you will also find
guidelines and style files for your submission.
