CONFERENCE TOPICS

The conference  attempts to  communicate research results  in the  field 
of
computer graphics and its applications.
Possible topics include:
        o graphics hardware
        o rendering algorithms
        o illumination and shading
        o geometric modeling
        o physical based modeling
        o shape abstraction modeling
        o user interfaces
        o animation techniques
        o volume visualization
        o virtual reality techniques
        o photo-realistic rendering
        o theoretical foundations
        o graphics applications
        o graphics systems
        o image understanding

The  conference will  be held  in the  Budmerice Castle  (about 90 km near
Vienna) of April 22-24, 2004 during the COFAX Exhibition. This event seems
to be the oldest regular annual meeting of CG community in Central Europe.
The spring conference attempts to  cover  all  interesting projects from
computer graphics and image processing and the applications.The philosophy
of SCCG is to put together top  experts  with  young researchers  and to
support a good communication channel for East-West exchange of prospective
ideas.

The conference language is English.  In the  case of  interest,  please,

 Camera-ready paper due                 March 29th, 2004

PAPERS
We expect your camera ready papers  not exceeding 10 pages  (A4 size) no 
later than February 12, 2004.  The formatting guidelines can be found on 
SCCG page. The submitted papers will be evaluated by International Program 
Committee  and  proceedings  from  selected  papers  will  be  published 
before the conference by Comenius University. There  is  also  possibility  
to  publish  posters  (see the requirements at SCCG homepage) in the 
second 
part of the proceedings with ISSN 1335-5694.   Additional  information  
will  be  sent  to  registered participants later. The hot information 
can be found on SCCG homepage.
