1ST CALL FOR PAPERS INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON HUMAN COMPUTER INTERACTION (HCI2006) Saturday 13th May, 2006 Graz, Austria, in conjunction with ECCV 2006 The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners from the fields of Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). We are soliciting original contributions that address a wide range of theoretical and application issues in human computer interaction including, but not limited to: - Affective computing - Multimedia data modelling and visualization - Event detection and recognition - Facial expression recognition - Human motion and gesture recognition - Learning in HCI - Medical Applications - Multimodal interface and integration - Perceptual user interfaces - Sign language analysis and recognition - User, context, and task modeling - Vision-based game interfaces - Brain-computer interface - Haptic interface Deadline for submission is 30th January 2006.
