The 3DTV-CON 2009 Program Committee invites proposals for the Tutorials Program of 
3DTV-CON 2009 - the 3rd 3DTV Conference on Capture, Transmission and Display of 3D Video, 
to be held May 4-6, 2009, in Potsdam, Germany.

TOPICS OF INTEREST
    * 3D Capture and Processing
    * 3D Coding and Transmission
    * 3D Visualization
    * 3D Applications

    Other related topics can also be proposed.

PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
    All tutorial proposals must include a title, a 1-2 page description of the tutorial, 
    which must include a clear motivation for the topic for inclusion at 3DTV-CON 2009 
    as well as a comprehensive outline of the proposed content. A bio of each tutorial 
    presenter must also be included.
    
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 
    Tutorial proposals must be in PDF format and sent via email to 
    Murat Tekalp (mtekalp[at]ku.edu.tr) *and* Aydin Alatan (alatan[at]eee.metu.edu.tr) 
    by the deadline of March 09, 2009.
