SCOPE:
It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in ISPA 2009, which will 
be organized in Salzburg, Austria. ISPA is a bi-annual international 
symposium in the field of image, video, and signal processing and analysis.  
The scientific program consists of invited lectures, special sessions, 
regular papers, and posters. The aim of the symposium is to foster 
interaction of researchers and exchange of new ideas. 

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original work.
All papers will be peer-reviewed by an international program committee. 
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register. Accepted 
papers will be presented in oral and poster sessions and published in ISPA 
proceedings (all papers are allocated the same number of pages). 
The proceedings will be distributed during the meeting and will be archived 
in IEEE Xplore digital library.
