1) Final Call for Reduced-Rate Registration

The deadline for early registration for MICCAI 2009 is now only 10 days away
(1st August). The preliminary programme including oral/poster presentation
format is now available online, and we encourage you to take advantage of
the significant savings available to early registrants. To enjoy early

As at MICCAI 2008, there is a maximum capacity of conference attendance, and
registration will be closed when this is reached. Please also note that only
a limited number of rooms are available for on-campus halls of residence, so
book early to avoid disappointment.

2) MICCAI 2009 Travel Grants

Supported by the Hamlyn Centre for Robotic Surgery, we are providing 10-15
travel grants to young researchers attending MICCAI 2009. Further details

3) MICCAI Workshops and Tutorials – Final Call for Early Registration

MICCAI Workshops and Tutorials are highlights of the conference and this
year we have an impressive list of topics covered by both types of event. 
Workshops provide in-depth coverage of topics that may not be explored fully
in the main conference, including “grand challenges”, and emerging areas of
research not yet established in MICCAI.  Tutorials introduce attendees to
the state-of-the-art in topics of current interest to the MICCAI community,
and are ideal for students, new researchers, or established researchers who
wish to broaden their horizons.  Early registration for tutorials is
particularly important, because places on popular tutorials are limited,
whilst undersubscribed tutorials will be cancelled shortly after the early
registration deadline of 1st August.
