The aim of this workshop is to evaluate the application of video
surveillance algorithms/systems for crowd image analysis.
Specifically, crowd count and density estimation, tracking of
individual(s) within a crowd, and detection of flow and specific crowd
events. The scenarios are filmed from up to 8 cameras and involve
multiple actors.

Papers are solicited which:

* Describe an approach to address one or more of the crowd image analysis
tasks, and include evaluation of the results obtained on the
PETS 2009 datasets.

* Contribute to performance evaluation methodologies for crowd image
analysis.
