Aims and Scope The scope of the 7th Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing 2011 is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners working towards improving the power of both communication and processing software using the most advanced methods available today. The fast development of the web implies more advanced but also more secure artifacts, which require the software technology to improve at a high pace. Topics Technical tracks include, but are not limited to: Intelligent Systems: Agent-based and Multiagent Systems; Knowledge Representation, Reasoning and Engineering; Ontology Modeling and Mediation; Machine Learning; Multidisciplinary Topics and Applications, Web and Knowledge-based Information Systems; Agreement Technologies; Systems and Organization Computer Vision:Image Processing Techniques and Methods; Segmentation and Features; Stereovision and 3D Reconstruction; Motion, Optic Flow and Tracking; Statistics and Machine Learning for Vision; Object Recognition; Perception and Representation; Driving Assistance Applications; Vision-based Robotic Applications; Biomedical Image Analysis, Semantic Media Annotation; Distributed Computing and Networking: Context Aware; Autonomic Computing; Resource Coordination and Management; Quality of Service; Queuing Network Models; Pervasive Computing; Grid Computing; Fault Tolerance Special Sessions: Large Scale Reasoning on Web Data: organized in cooperation with the LarKC EU FP7 project. Text and Media Semantic Annotation: organized in cooperation with the INSEMTIVES EU FP7 project. Green Computing: organized in cooperation with GAMES and FIT4GREEN EU FP7 projects. Semantic technologies in signal processing: organized in cooperation with PlanetData EU FP7 project and the Slovenian-Romanian 404/2010 bilateral project. Paper Submission and Publication Papers should not exceed 8 pages and should comply with IEEE formatting (8.5"x11", two-column). The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format. Papers should be submitted electronically via the on-line submission system. All papers must be in PDF format (blinded papers - without authors), checked that the file can be viewed and printed correctly. Authors will need to submit an abstract for each paper and select, from the list provided by the submission system, the track(s) to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program. Full papers will be accepted for oral presentation and will be published in the main proceedings. Papers accepted as posters will be presented at the poster session and will be published in the poster proceedings..
