ICMI 2012: Call for Exhibits ----------------------------------------- The 14th International Conference on Multimodal Interaction Santa Monica, California, USA. Oct 22-26, 2012. The ICMI 2012 Exhibits session is intended to provide a forum to showcase innovative implementations, systems and technologies demonstrating new ideas about interactive multimodal interfaces. We particularly encourage demonstration of interactive systems, multimodal recognizers and sensors, from early research prototypes to interesting mature systems. To best fit your individual needs we offer different categories for exhibitions: * Research exhibits: These exhibits will be presented during one of the two demo sessions (Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon). Each demo session is planned to be 90 minutes. The main difference between demos and exhibits is that they do not require a paper submission. Hence, exhibits won't have a paper published in the ICMI 2012 proceedings but will be listed in the conference program. There is no extra fee for this kind of exhibit. However presenters must have paid the proper registration fee. * Corporate exhibits: For this category of exhibitors, a table will be setup in the hall in front of the conference room to allow exhibitors to promote their products or services. There are two exhibitor levels: one-day exhibitor and three-day exhibitor. The three-day exhibitors will be able to display their exhibit during all three days of the main conference (Tuesday-Thursday), while the one-day exhibitors are only allowed one day (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday). * "Unimodal" sponsor: For maximum visibility, the exhibitors can decide to become a "unimodal" sponsor which includes all the advantages of the three-day exhibitor plus visibility in the conference proceedings, website and all marketing materials.
