Call for Papers
**************************************
As imaging matures and computing power increases, a new set of
methodologies and imaging modalities are emerging that can be labeled
as “Extreme.” The characterization “extreme” can refer to
time scale, spatial extent, object size, processing speed,
unconventional environments and data size. An objective of this
workshop is to bring to the forefront and accelerate the development
of promising "extreme" approaches, which may later become mainstream.
Another objective is to push the limits of imaging and computer vision
research to areas, modalities and systems that have not yet been
explored.

Examples of extreme imaging include:
* Imaging at extreme time scales: ultrafast to super slow
* Imaging at extreme size scales--microscopy or astronomy
* Imaging using extreme data sets
* Imaging in harsh or unconventional environments
* Imaging using extreme optical configurations

IMPORTANT DATES
**************************************
Paper Submission Deadline: September 15, 2015
Paper Decisions: October 1, 2015
Camera Ready Version: October 16, 2015
Workshop (full day): December 17, 2015

Paper Submission
**************************************
Submitted papers may be 4 pages (short) or up to 6 pages in length.
Accepted work will be presented at the ICCV 2015 Extreme Imaging
workshop as either a poster or a short talk. Submission guidelines
are available at: http://extremeimaging.csail.mit.edu/submit.html

Note: current CVPR policy allows for work appearing as a 4-page
(short) workshop paper to be lengthened and submitted to CVPR without
considering the 4-page workshop paper a prior publication.
