Share your expertise and submit your work by 4 July, 2016, to be part
of EIectronic Imaging 2017, the world’s leading global electronic
imaging industry and academia event.

At EI2017, you'll:

    Learn about cutting-edge imaging research and applications,
    Interact with renowned imaging scientists and pioneers from around
    the world, and Be inspired by thought leaders presenting
    breakthrough technologies reshaping the world around us.

In addition to 18 collocated conferences, Electronic Imaging offers an
entire week of imaging science related events, including compelling
plenary and keynote talks, joint and special sessions, informative
short courses, and more that allow attendees to expand their knowledge
and networks.

Submission Info

All Submissions are due 4 July 2016.

On-time submissions will be notified of acceptance by 31 August 2016.

Paper Submission Options:

    Presentation at the conference and publication in the conference
    proceedings. This is the most common option, and may be either an
    oral or interactive (poster) presentation.  JIST-first. Expedited
    review and publication in the Journal of Imaging Science and
    Technology (JIST) before the conference, oral presentation at the
    conference, and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

In addition, some of the conferences offer a presentation-only option
(oral presentation at the conference, but no publication of work in
the conference proceedings). View the individual conference call for

    Computer Vision Applications in Sports Special Session 
    The advances in computer vision affect how we train, perform, watch, and interact with sports and sport events. 
    Surveillance Special Session 
    Surveillance Applications of cloud-based computational servers and
    real-time video stream processing are changing the landscape in
    security and surveillance systems.

Meet the Future: A Showcase of Students and Young Professionals Research

This 1st annual event will bring invited students together with
academic and industry representatives who may have opportunities to
offer, and will provide each student with an opportunity to present
and discuss their academic work via an interactive poster session. See
