Call For Papers:

The Internet has become an increasingly important tool for computer
vision research. VisionNet'19 aims to bring together leading
researchers to take stock of the state of the art, identify key
challenges, and propose new directions. The symposium is co-affiliated
with the Third International Conference on Computing and Network
Communications (CoCoNet'19). The symposium will be held in Trivandrum,
Kerala, India during December 18-21, 2019. Kerala renowned as the
"Gods own Country", situated in the southwestern tip of India,
bestowed with unique geographical features that have made it one of
the most attractive tourist destinations in India.

All accepted papers will be published by Elsevier as a special issue
in the open-access Procedia Computer Science journal. Procedia
Computer Science (H-Index: 47) is hosted on Elsevier Content platform
ScienceDirect and will be freely available worldwide. The Procedia CS
is indexed by Scopus and Conference Proceeding Citation Index.

High-quality papers that at the time of submission are not under
review or have not already been published or accepted for publication
elsewhere are solicited.

Authors should submit their papers online. We use EDAS system for
submission of papers and review process. Maximum size limits of a
paper submitted in CoCoNet'19 is 10 pages in single-column Procedia CS
style. Authors MUST use Procedia CS template for submitting their
papers. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be
peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or
research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference,
contributions, and readability. Authors will be notified of the
outcome of the review process which includes the anonymous suggestions
and recommendations of the reviewers. Authors of accepted papers will
be given a minimum of 30 days time to revise their papers based on
reviewers' comments.
