- Paper Submission (Second Round): October 11, 2019 
- Supplemental Materials (Second Round): October 18, 2019
- Second Round Decisions: December 9, 2019
 
- Camera Ready Deadline (Conference): January 15, 2020
- Camera Ready Deadline (Workshop): February 1, 2020
