2nd International Workshop on Vision Intelligence for Real-world Challenges Call for Papers

Call for Participation: AI4RWC@CVPR 2026

The 2nd International Workshop on Vision Intelligence for Real-world Challenges

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce AI4RWC 2026: The 2nd International Workshop
on Vision Intelligence for Real-world Challenges, to be held in
conjunction with CVPR 2026 in Denver, USA, on June 3 or 4, 2026.

AI4RWC is an interdisciplinary workshop focusing on AI and computer
vision methods for deployment in complex, real-world
settings. Building on the success of its first edition, the workshop
aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss
practical, data-centric, and application-driven AI research across a
wide range of domains.

The workshop is supported by an international and multi-institutional
organizing team, bringing together organizers from different countries
and research communities, and advocating collaboration, inclusivity,
and diversity in real-world AI research.

Scope and Topics

AI4RWC 2026 welcomes submissions that address the development,
evaluation, and deployment of AI and computer vision methods in
real-world settings. We particularly encourage work that goes beyond
idealized benchmarks and focuses on practical challenges such as data
scarcity or bias, robustness, generalization, interpretability, system
integration, and real-world impact.

We especially encourage interdisciplinary submissions that bridge
artificial intelligence with real application domains, highlighting
how AI models are integrated, adapted, and evaluated in realistic,
real-world scenarios.

Representative application domains include (but are not limited to)
healthcare, remote sensing, robotics, autonomous systems, smart
cities, industrial inspection, and scientific imaging.

Important Dates

    Submission Opens: January 16, 2026
    Submission Deadline: March 02, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: April 03, 2026
    Camera-ready Submission: April 08, 2026

Submission Tracks

AI4RWC 2026 offers two submission tracks:
